Monarchs & Milkweed (Ages 8-10)

August 13 - 17
9am - noon
Instructor - Stacey Widenhofer

Come and learn about the amazing Monarch Butterfly that calls Fern Hollow home. We will spend a lot of time in the meadow looking for the butterfly's host plant, Milkweed and learn about other insects that rely on milkweed to survive. This camp also includes supplies so you can use raise and release your own Monarch Butterflies at home. We will also meet and talk with other citizen scientists that have a passion for Monarchs - just like you!
