This path to the pond is roughly a 15 minute round trip (if
you don’t stop to explore the pond). Although it is short, it is a moderate to
difficult hike given the steep terrain.
Near the edge of the pond, there is an educational kiosk which
highlights some of the wildlife that is common to our pond. You can find a number of amphibian, bird and
fish species calling this pond home. Frogs are often seen sitting on the
floating Lily pads and are often heard calling throughout the warm summer
months. Enjoy your walk!
