Co-Existing with
COYOTES

Have you spotted a coyote in your neck of the woods lately?

You’re not alone. Coyotes are highly adaptive and can thrive anywhere, including in the wilderness, suburban and urban areas. They are an essential part of a healthy ecosystem, controlling rodent populations – and thus rodent- and tick-borne diseases like Lyme.

Join PA Master Naturalist (and great friend of Fern Hollow!) Kristen Haas to learn more about coyotes, how to identify them, basic steps homeowners can take to discourage coyotes from their properties, and the many ways for us to coexist peacefully with them.

Co-existing with Coyotes is for people ages 16 and up.
