Holiday Nature Crafts

Two projects, one fun evening at Fern Hollow.
In this workshop, Environmental Educator, Kara will help kids build a decorative yule log from birchwood and natural materials, while Naturalist, Janel will lead adults in crafting a one-of-a-kind holiday wreath using pinecones, seed pods, berries, and other natural treasures gathered right here on our grounds.
All materials provided; just bring your creativity. Adults are welcome without children, but this is not a drop off program so all children (6+) must be accompanied by a registered adult. Everyone goes home with something to show for it: kids with their decorated yule log, adults with a fresh, fragrant wreath to welcome the holidays to their front door.
