Join Fern Hollow educators for some time in Little Sewickley Creek.
We will spend time exploring the trail and searching for aquatic critters in the creek. This is always a popular event so we have will be running two different programs, an AM session and a PM session. Please sign up according to your preferred schedule, using the buttons below.

Fiddlehead Club Series
If school is off, we are ON for FUN!
Join Fern Hollow during your day off from school, or as a Homeschooler!
The Fiddlehead Club is geared for all children grades K to 5th. If you are available to join us, we would love to have you!
Each program will be unique, nature based, and fun. Educators will lead a mini lesson, a hike, outdoor play time, crafts, games, experiments and more.
- Drop off programs
- Grades K to 5th unless otherwise noted.
- 10 am to Noon unless otherwise noted.
- At Fern Hollow Nature Center (1901 Glen Mitchell Rd, Sewickley)
- Members $16 Public $21 per child, per program
- Limited spaces. Registration is required.

– Field Day – May 9th – 10am to Noon
– Creek Day – May 20th – AM session 10am to Noon
– Creek Day – May 20th – PM session 1 to 3pm
Join your friends at Fern Hollow Nature Center for a morning of fun field day games. We’ll have corn hole, giant Jenga, Connect Four, sack races, and more!
